what happens
What happens when you stop practising entrepreneurship and start doing it? Over twelve months you work full-time inside Learnlife Rwanda’s real ventures — a café, a consultancy, a tour company, a media studio, art and publishing projects — with real customers, real budgets, and real consequences. Along the way, mentors and local entrepreneurs help you turn experience into skill: how to innovate, overcome challenges, and create value that resonates with community needs.
Learn, Lead, and Govern:
A Complete Business Experience
In this apprenticeship you take on two roles at once:
Venture work: Join one of our ventures and own real responsibilities — sales, operations, marketing, product. You learn collaboration, creativity, and resilience by shipping real things, not by simulating them.
Governance and leadership: Take part in venture reviews and planning. You gain first-hand experience in financial oversight, strategic decision-making, and accountability — the advisory side of enterprise, learned from the inside.
At twelve months, two doors open: grow into a salaried position in an expanding Learnlife Rwanda, or launch a venture of your own — better prepared than any classroom could make you. Either outcome is a win.
